I recently burnt half of 8mile using Dvd Decrypter because I wasn't previously aware that you couldn't burn a DVD9 to a Dvd5 disc. I burnt it using Iso read and Iso write. Although I burnt it as an ISO file, in the folder that I burnt it to, I have four different icons: one default winamp, one MDS file, one ISO file, and DVD file. I tried clicking on the ones with the most gb's but powerdvd can't seem to read them even though powerdvd automatically pops open.
Should I be able to view the movie through an ISO file using powerDVD? Should I have all those different types of files? Can I salvage this 8mile ISO file burnt it to disc because none of the programs seem to recognize it . It appears as ghost folder that doesn't show up even though it takes up about 8.3 gb of space. Do I need to change the file type and can I do without the original dvd?
Thanks,
BBoy Soldier

You should be able to mount the ISO IMAGE FILE onto a vitual drive like Daemon tools and then you can view and work with it to compress it to fit on a single disk.ie:mount the image on virtual drive and use Power dvd to view it or mount it on drive and extract files from it to compress.
You definently need a virtual drive like Daemon tools etc to do this however. 8)
