    Hi, tgpo!
Intermitent every five seconds with 56 K modem. If possible, try lowering your kbps to 36 so more people would be able to enjoy it.

Yeah I can't really spare the bandwidth. When I'm online surfing I found that the station was skipping and breaking up very badly. It tends to do that less when I'm not on. So 10pm EST seemed like a good time to start it up.

    hi tpgo..

I remember using a Internet Radio app, and on my 56k modem, and I
must say, I NEVER had a hickup, and that was w/ my older pc setup,
AMD 900MHz some time early last year or late 2001. I just can't remember
the name of the software app that I used, but I think I still have it.
    OpTi or something GREEK'ish sounding.

I remember the quality was VERY GOOD too, for 56k. Like MP3 quality.

If I remember the app or find it, I'll post it. Maybe it could help you out
or something. I don't know. Just sharing one of my Internet Radio
    experience.

    quick answer.. No.

But, maybe it has broadened over to other OS platforms.

Anywasy.. what got me going w/ Internet Radio (IR) was the fact that this
particular IR and app I was using was in such good quality, like listing
to my FM sterio, ..only w/out the his and static.
