I just ordered a Tivo and have a question...
I have a LeadTek TV2000XP Deluxe capture card on my 2.4ghz PC. Can I run the S-Video output from my Tivo to the S-Video in of the TV2000XP? Id so, how would the quality be from a "best quality" tivo setting to a DVD-quality TV2000XP setting?
i.e. how is the capture quality of the Tivo with this TV capture card?
My main desire is to burn VCDs and SVCDs of my TV programs. Would I be better off just running the cable straight to my TV2000XP, and record directly?
Thanks from a newbie...![]()

Thanks...I know about the Ethernet way of doing it, but I would like to know about the capture quality from a Tivo, rather than digital extraction.
Anyone?bchalker
