  1. I can rip DVD's but when I make them MPEG's the close up shots are perfect but when things start moving, people or anything else there is a trail that follows them ???

    What I'm getting is when you see movement in the picture the moving object becomes fuzzy but the background is clear. Action scenes are not clear and stabile!

    I'm using DVDx 2.0 P4. Input settings, I choose FPU best quality. Output settings: DIVX 5.0.2 video codec , bitrate 1000, Export settings: Resize: Bicubic SSe3Dnow.

    I hope some one can tell me how to make a perfect DIVXwith DVDx.

    Try to get away from Dvdx..I have tried several times and they are always crappy looking..You could try DVD2SVCD they are real easy to learn..you can make svcd or vcd.

    i almost forgot..You could try gordian knot for divx, search the forums here and you should find a link for them.

    haven't used dvdx,but i make great rips with gordian knot.

    if its like black lines it could be a interlace problem.
