Please can somebody help.
I've put together a 2 minute film in premiere 6.5 using MPEG 1 footage, mixed with a few avi shots.
I tried to export it to VCD format using the adobe mpeg encoder which came as standard with premiere. However the picture jumps and pauses now and then and looks rubbish.
I found out that premiere is only best at exporting AVI's and is not really suited for editing mpeg files.
I've also tried using a frame server to TMPGEnc, but this just comes out as a black screen (maybe a codec problem)
Could somebody please let me know how to export this properly.
into VCD format.
