Premiere Cs3 Export problems

hi, im new here an premiere is really frustrating me! whenever i try to export it in either 'movie' or the media encoder. it gets halfway through, and says things like, no output file made and i keep getting errors like unkown error, i have tried .avi, h.264 .mp4, .mov, .mpg, .flv and there all failing. anyone know the reason why?

Is there an error message?

Maybe hardware issues? Overheating? Check your temps with coretemp , or realtemp. Try stress testing your PC with Prime95 or Linx to see if you can emulate crashing

Perhaps it's a corrupted install? Try uninstall/reinstalling it

Does it crash or give errors with any other applications?

i gave it a uninstall/install and ts still doing it,
i get
'premiere pro has encountered an error

[..\..\src\ppixhandleutiliies/cpp-114]'

and

'error compiling movie

unnown error'

make sure you have edit/preferences/general/"Default Scale To Frame Size" selected.
