    how can i convert asf to mpeg?

    You could use TMPGEnc to convert an ASF to a MPEG file.

    i tried that

    but TMPGEnc keeps crashing, and i get a error mesage saying that there is somthing wrong with my asf codec.

    i can post the error message if you want.
