    Had the green bar set at 4.31GB, but at the end of the reencoding process I got an error that the file size was too big for the DVD+R. Tried again with new DVD-R with green bar set to 4.30GB but still failed. Apparently IC7 was trying to burn a total of about 4.5GB not 4.30GB. Haven't had any prblems before. Any ideas?

    Go to Pinnacle's website and download the update for IC7 and that should solve all of your problems.
