    Hi Geezers

    Is there a program which crops video like TMPGEnc.
    But without re-encoding the video?

    I'm not absolutely sure, but I think there isn't one. The reason is such program would have to modify all frames, so it's necessary a reencode process.
    Please, guys, correct me if I'm wrong.
