Slideshow in DVD Pro and one sound track

Can someone tell me if there's a solution for the problem
that I can't find a way to make a slideshow(15 images) in DVD Pro
with just one audiotrack playing in the background.

In iDVD it's a nobrainer, but in DVD Pro you can only make
a slideshow with a audiotrack for every image, as far as I can see.

a good solution would be to put together your images in Quicktime and and export to MPEG2. This would give you a video file instead of seperate images, and I dont know if that is what yo uare looking for, but that would work out.

yea I am putting a slide show togther and came across the same probelm in DVDSP so I just switched to iDVD, faster and easier but has its draw backs too. the quicktime thing might work but then again the images may not look as still.

if you use Qucktime for the images, you will have no problems i promise.

One "quick" way of doing this is to put together a slideshow in iPhoto and then export it to Quicktime. You can set the duration between images and everyting. the images will remain perfectly still.

Then you can open the resulting .mov file in QT Pro and export to MPEG2.

Sorry I dont have an encouraging answer
I have the DVD studio Pro Bible sitting in front of me and I looked in it and I dont think that there is a a way to do this.

But how do you allow one soundtrack to play in th background of a slideshow on iDVD I only have iDVD 1.0.

Do I need iDVD 3.0
