    Can anybody tell me how to covert a DVCD to 2 normal VCD discs? Thanks.

    I assume you mean DVD to VCD or maybe DV to VCD, well either way you will find detailed guides to convert pretty much anything to everything here.

    It says that Double Video CD (DVCD) is nothing more than an overburned VCD to include 90-99 minutes. So you need to convert it only if the movie is too long: after you extract the movie from the .DAT file using, for example, VCDGear, you can split it with TMPGEnc and then write the fragments again to VCDs.
