  1. anyone know how to make it so no one can copy from a cd to a hard drive or do cd to cd copy, with a cd that i'm going to burn?

    You have to realise though that you can never totally copy protect a CD especially using the programs available to the normal person as anyone who knows a few things about computers can usually bypass the protection.

  3. thanks. i know it can never be 100% protected. i just want to make sure they cant copy to the hard drive or do a cd to cd copy. are these just for exe files? most of the ones software i found are only for exe files, i want for other files as well

  4. i think most of these are for exe files. did anyone find one that isnt just for exe files? like if i want to burn an avi file, i want to make sure no one can copy that avi to the hard drive and no one can do a cd to cd copy of that avi

  5. hm.. audio cd's and s/vcd's are kind of easy to protect.. it cant be copied any other way except for extracting the mpeg stream.. but i havent found a way to copyprotect an avi file.. it always winds up messing up the avi..
