    Hi,

    i have used TMPGenc to De-Mux some Vob's to m2v and ac3.
    After that I used the new files and SpruceUp to create a new title set(and thereby new vob's).

    Will I lose quality by this method??

    No. Demuxing is just taking the file out of the VOB file. It should look and sound identical.
