If so how do I do that? All the titles I see the check box next to them is grayed out and cannot be un-checked.

There is a hack which activates this function in IC7. Members use this hack in the registry and report mixed results. Sometimes when you remove titles, smooth or complete functionality of the disk is lost, sometimes not. The creators of the software shipped the product to market without this feature enabled.
I would suggest dvd2one if you want movie only. Use instant copy if you want menus & extras. The folks having troubles with IC7 are many times those who have hacked and removed title sets. I would leave the disk intact. I'm sure IC7 will enable this feature in the future, however the disk instructions, ifo files, will also have to be re-written in the process to take this editing process into account.
If you want the hack, just look around a little.

Thanks for the reply. I wonder if I just removed the title sets from the ripped file then run Instant Copy if that would work? I may try that on a DVD-RW to check it out.
