I downloaded a music video that someone has managed to distort into a too wide and too short picture. I'm sure you all understand what I mean, but to clarify: it is now a wide screen/letterbox video with very short-wide musicians playing very long guitars.
Is there any way I can use TMPGEnc or some other program to "un-distort" the video? Maybe squeeze it in horizontally and stretch it out vertically?
Any help would be truely appreciated.
    Thank you.

Open up TMPGenc, and useing the wizzard, select "Clip Frame." Click Arrange method and select center (costom size) and ajust the numbers below it untill everyone looks normal.
