  1. I have been usin both IC7 and Dvd2one successfully for about a month now- Every1 plays perfect on my ps2. I use Smartripper, then either IC7 or Dvd2one and burn with Prassi dvd to ritek G03 silvertop in a 104 with 1.31 firm.
My problem is how can i copy one of these copies??
I've tried everything from Nero's Copy Dvd option(which gives a read error), to rippin with Smartripper and tryin to burn back with prassi(another error reading VIDEO_TS folder). I've tried the recommended dvdrhelp way usin dvddecreptor but the image it creates is unreadable by it and nero and prassi.

Can some1 please tell me what im doin wrong and point me in the rite dirn?? Thanks a mill in advance

I don't see why you guys could'nt just use the DVD copy thingy in nero.Since a copy has no encryption junk,it should be able to copy the copy properly.

I'd try it myself, but i'm low on DVD-Rs and don't have any to spare to test it out.

Since there is no CSS on the disk (because it is a copy) why can't you just drag and drop the contents of the disk to your HDD with explorer ?

Then you can re-burn the contents with Prassi.

I have done a about 6 dvd copies using Nero.
You get a read error warning that the movie may not play back properly.
    Just pree yes to continue.

I did however have my first failure tonight. Re-tried on a -rw and worked okay.

    Try it first on a - / + rw.

Unless I'm an idiot the most simple process is copying the VIDEO_TS folder back to your hard drive and making another dvdr like that.
I can't copy disk to disk and copying back to the hdd first is faster than creating an image file.
    Works for me everytime.

  11. I have tried to copy my Conan dvd (created with instant copy) with nero but my dvd player not read anything...I have tried with instantcopy and my player read...I think nero and other programs have problem with some dvd player, instantcopy have some optimization for compatibility on his writer engine.Anyone know a system or a software to analyse the copy created with instant copy for view how this program forces the compatibility?Nero have a "force dvd video compatibility (for x-box)" check on writing properties...Is this the solution?I remember i cannot create my own dvd video with Sonic my dvd (or other software authoring)for the same problem: my home dvd player not read! The only software working for my dvd home player is Instant copy!
