TMPGEnc error

Im running TMPGEnc version 2.510.49.157 and everytime i open a avi to encode im getting an error saying wrote error at ntdll.dll, can anyone tell me what this is and how do i solve it?

go here and download the newest version of the xvid codec http://www.divx-digest.com/software/xvid.html i used to be having that dame problem and now it went away and i'm not enitrely sure why it did, but i think its because i installed the newest version, but i dont know, try it, c if it works....
