I need some help here. I have 2 sets of VOBs.
The first set has AC3 2 Channel, AC3 5.1, and DTS soundtracks.
(2 segments, 3 soundtracks)
VTS_01_1
VTS_01_2
The other VOBs came from thier own title sets, and have AC3 2 Channel and AC3 5.1 sound.
(1 segment each, 2 soundtracks)
VTS_02_1
VTS_03_1
My problem is that if I rename the second set of vobs to be part of title set 1, then when I hit the formerly VTS_02_1, it still thinks all 3 audio channels are available. Worse, it will only play the 5.1. I'm using IFO edit's "Create Ifo" with no options to tie all these together.
I'm guessing I may need a second title set for the vobs with the different sound options. Am I correct?
If so, I haven't found anything to do this! I don't want anything reencoded. I have tried making an IFO with IFoedit on VTS_02_1, and then renaming it to VTS_02_0.IFO, but Nero says it's not a valid IFO file.
Help!

Yes you are going to have to have two title sets.
The best way to do this is to demux all of the vobs into elementary streams and reauthor them.
If you don't have DVDMaestro or something similiar your stuck.
