    Is it possible to use Constant Quality as Rate control Mode for encoding my video.
    Now it seems i can only use VBR and CBR.
    If it is possible how should i do that?

    Well, prepare yourself for a shock. You can do CQ, issue is how:

    Go to the Video Settings form (where you select CBR, VBR and bitrates), and SET AVERAGE BITRATE TO ZERO (YES, 0).

    Then Click on any other field (to let Mainconcept digest this, and (MAGIC) the constant quality selector becomes enabled).

    NB: I am a programmer myself and usability like this makes me ashamed of what I do and sympathetic to innocent victims of my profession
