Since I went dvd burning I was annoyed with my Denon's compatibility so I made it a present to my girlfriend. Altough recently I had to reload commercial DVD's occasionally to let it play, I figuered that basically there was nothing wrong with it. Well, the first movie my girlfriend buys ("Volle Maan" at mediamarkt in Holland) is an absolute "no play" disaster. So much for my present.
Does this sound like
-older player not coping with modern dvd-s
-player having some sort off slight laser beam mal-adjustment
-time for a cleaning job, if so what's the recommended way?
N.B. The device is way beyond warranty.
