Nero won't let me brun my mpeg to a vcd format , it asks me to save it as a image file instead . Could someone tell me what could be wrong? Thank you very much

Nero probably isn't loaded correctly.
I had the same problem with my new laptop. My cd-rw drive wasn't being recognized.
What I had to do was go to nero's website and download a new driver WNASPI32.DLL. mine was for windows xp
Before you download anything check to see if you can choose your recorder when you open up the nero program.
Here is how to find the download section on www.nero.com
On left side of main page click
products>nero>place cursor on "downloads" on top of this page then the drop down will show utilities, click on that.
