  1. can someone tell me how i can cut out the middle of an avi, using nandub? if it cant be done with nandub then any other software will do

    virtualdub i happen to use for this purpose many times daily. cut it up how you like and use direct stream copy for audio and video, then hit save as avi under file.

  3. i dont know how to do that. i know how to highlight the area i want to keep and then say save avi as. how do i cut it up so i can get rid of the middle part?

  4. i cut up the beginning and the end parts that i wanted. is that what you meant by cutting it up? now i have 2 files, how do i combine them?

    then file > append avi segment the second one
    then save as avi

    If you want to cut a section from the middle of a file, select the section you want to remove (you obviously already know how to do this) and press the delete button.

    Then save using direct stream copy for video and audio.
