and doesnt cost that mcuh?
and is ATI All in Wonder good for capturing?

If you want true DV, you have to get something more expensive. The Canopus ADVC-50 is a bit cheaper.
Technically, you can capture DV with virtual dub and just about any capture card as long as you select the DV codec. However, there would be little benefits in doing so as Huffy will give you better results and you will not get the advantages of true a DV capture card (i.e. no out of sync issues and no dropped frames).
