    Currently I use Ritek's and the Serial number in the middle is:

    E5-4L19212118912C04


    A friend of mine has Discs with this serial #

    H1-3L16301129425D11

    Are these H1's Authentic Ritek's?


    The H1's freeze on his player. The E5's do not freeze ever on his player or mine?

    We have tried different burning programs and to no avail.
