No Video (D2V) File on TMPGenc when using DVD2AVI??????

I've ripped dvds before and had no problems
Just recently i've been having problems putting the video file onto the project wizard on TMPGenc
I've loaded the film up using dvd decriptor
Then AVI'ed it using DVD2AVI
Then gone on to encode it using TMPGenc
The audio file loads up as usual
But when looking for the video file i have to look under "all files" to access it
When i do this and try and put it in this way It says
" d2v file cannot open or is unsupported"
Can somebody pls help

Make sure you have the DVD2AVI complete ZIP, and that you unzipped it to
where your TMPGEnc is located, this should unpack the DVD2AVI.VFP plugin
file, and enable TMPGEnc to detect D2V files.
