Have an Imovie3 with sound exactly matching all picture frames.
Have burnt a DVD of same home movie with IDVD3, and somehow sound track has moved several frames ahead and is no longer lined up with the correct picture frames.
Does anyone know what can cause this to happen, and whether or not it can be fixed ?
The first minute or so of the DVD also seems to have some sounds from another DVD I burnt yesterday. Each of these movies is stored in a different partition of my hard drive. But, both of these projects are in my IDVD document folder under different project names.

This is a problem that seems to be inherent in the way imovie 3 exports to quicktime. You probably should head over to the apple imovie discussion forum. We're working on it!

ok - thanks for the lead -
I did notice that an Imovie edited on Imovie2, exported to my camcorder
before arrival of Imovie3, and then reloaded into Imovie3 later, did burn a DVD without any problems.
