Corrupt VCD or NOT?

Hi all

I just got a new vcd that has some music videos inside. And i'm having trouble with playing the cd.
I tried to view it on 4 different computers and none of them could play it.

I used to play vcd's using just WinDVD they all played fine except this one.
I tried PowerDVD, WinDVD, Win Media Player 7.1, Real Player, Direct DVD 448 etc.....
And none of them could play the VCD i got.
The only place i could play the vcd was my firend's DVD set top player and my cousins' notebook with Win Media Player 6.4

Even my other friend's $3000 worth of DVD home system couldn't play it.
I even checked the surface of the cd and it looked little dusty so i copied it to the CD-R and even the fresh copy of CD-R still not playing.

Please let me know if you have any other solutions.
