  1. I want to be able to capture vide using VirtualDub directly into WMV8 (maybe WMV9 soon). I know that this is considered a stupid thing to do, but I have my reasons. Whan I go to Capture AVI->Video->Compression there is nothing listed that looks like WMV8.

    Is it possible to capture WMV8 using VirtualDub? If so, which codec do I choose? If it is not possible at all using VDub, what is the best way to capture WMV8 video?

  2. You cant use WMV with VirtualDub. I've heard that you can cap to WMV with iuVCR. Might wanna give that a shot.
