  5. They just told me it was a typo. Anyone think I could get them to sell it for $219 since I already bought it for that price. I'm sure as hell crossing my fingers!

  7. Well, I think they have the upper hand since this is listed in their policies:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY Orders are not considered confirmed until they have been shipped out of Alina Micro’s warehouse and a confirmation email has been sent out to the customer. Alina Micro reserves the right to cancel any order prior to confirmation. Alina Micro also reserves the right to require additional information about any customer and/or any order prior to shipment.

  8. That may be true, but we did buy it for $219. We should still have that opportunity. Hey, they messed up! Just because that is in there policy doesn't make it legal. That can't sell for one price and then change it after it has been bought.

  9. jaw: you didn't buy anything yet. Have they charged your credit card? Probably not, and therefore you haven't bought anything.

All you did was submit a request for the unit which they process at a later date. They have wizened up and posted that disclaimer on their site just in case things like this happen. Everyone knows it will, sooner or later.

If there was actually a charge on your credit card, then that would be different.
