    Can anyone help me with this. I have come across a XCD for the first time. I have extracted the .dat file using WINISO and can open it using windows media player. I want to make the file into an avi or mpeg so I can make a vcd of it. Tmpeg won't reconise the file as it is. Any ideas on how to convert it to avi or mpeg

    You can convert the dat file with vcdgear
