    Hello,

    How do i convert an SVCD 2 a VCD.
    Is there a special program for that i need or can i use tmpenc?
    Hopefully there is someone out there who knows the answer.

    Yes, TMPGEnc can do this - provided you have the right MPEG2 decoder on your system. Install PowerDVD (trial version will do nicely) and you do.
