I heard that Sony is going to deliver a new firmware by the end of this week. The firmware is 1.0g. It suppose to improve writing and reading capability to unbalanced DVDs. Firmware 1.0f has been real good. Don't know if I want to update or not. What do you guys think.

I think this firmware also let you write on the new 4X media "at 2.4x"
dunno why would anyone do that but... hey at least it reads the disc.
