    Hi
    I recently bought the Schneider 857 based on the review, I have made XSVCD which plays fine for about 30-35 mins then all of a sudden I get major distortion and the audio is way out of sync. I use smartripper, DVD2AVI and TMPGenc 2 pass VBR, its playing my VCD's and SVCD's fine but I really wanted to make XSVCD's, is this problem fixable or do I have to accept that the player cant handle XSVCD?

    I have now found that I must have a problem with TMPGenc 2.59 as I am getting the problem with standard VCD and SVCD's but the player plays all my other VCD and SVCD's fine,
    So does anyone know where to find TMPGenc 2.56 as I never had any problems with that?
    I dunno...it might work
