    More specifically for video conferencing applications. I want to magnify the video window to a specific size independent of what the window's default size is depending on the sender's settings. I have seen some simple zoom apps but they always have fixed scaling. frre or shareware preferred.

    Found a good freeware program that allows me to zoom in on any part of the screen. Worked for video apps as well.
