Easy VCD only burning folders

Hi guys,
Every time i try to do the full process making an XVCD with EASY VCD in BIN/CUE format, it only ends up burning the folders & you cannot open these to play anything? It strips & reads the DVD fine and goes through all the process but when i finish burning it only shows folders?

i also tried using the MPEG format way and it never shows up with anything when i try to burn, i can't see any image to burn onto the disc?
i was wondering if anyone could please help me out, quite frustrating

My system is xp 2100+ - WIN XP ( service pack 1)
512 DDR Ram - Lite On 16 x writer & Pioneer AO3 DVD writer

Doesn't anybody have any idea's of what it could be? any help would realy realy realy be apreciated, sorry gettin desperate as i have wasted many cd's trying to figure it out.

ok, when you do the BIN/Cue way the folders on your CD-R are normal
Your set top DVD Player needs it in this format to play propley
if you want to watch it on you PC, go into teh folder named MPEGAV and open the .dat file in media player.

If you do it the MPEG way,
you will need to follow the guide in the HELP/FAQ section to see how to burn the MPEG file to CD-R.
