  1. I'm confused as to of where I went wrong or what setting I didn't adjust.

I want to convert a SVC to VCD. The SVCD is a widescreen movie if that makes a difference (still 480x480 - though letterboxed) I followed the guide on the "Convert" page:

Used DVD2AVI to make the SVCD MPEG usuable in TMPGenc.
Imported the resulting files to TMPGenc.
Selected the "VCD Template" in TMPGenc.
    Rendered to VCD.
    De-Multiplexed the result VCD.
    Converted the audio to 48000.
Multiplexed the new audio vith the videosoure.

My result file has all the VCD standards with the exception of the resolution. When I view the video properties while playing the movie in WMP9 the resolution shows, 312x240 and of course my authoring software refuses to accept the file because it's not 352x240.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you loaded the vcd template it should be 352x240. Try again and check that is 352x240 before you encode. Also check so you are not using any cropping in tmpgenc(under setttings->advanced).
