Hi Guys
I know how to control the size of a VCD ripped from a DVD but I want to write the MPEG 1 file to CDR and cannot keep it's file size down (daughter has a basic PC with a CD reader - not DVD or VCD reader). Despite playing with the settings in TMPGEnc, the resulting MPEG file is always the same size as the WAV file created after ripping.
Any ideas?

Make XVCD. http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/userguides/84759.php
And use tmpgenc 2.58 not the latest 2.59. -
Many thanks
Works a treat - I'd never have known my copy of TMPGEnc was too new - could the guide be altered?
Thanks again
