Hi there,
I have the following problem, maybe someone can help me?
I captured DV in Premiere 6.5. Now I want to convert the DV to MPEG 2 (SVCD-Format) using the LSX Plugin for Adobe.
Well, it works fine - but when I burn the stream on CD-R and watch the SVCD in my DVD-Player, the edges of the video are "jittering" (I mean the upper and lower margins). Everything else is ok.
Has someone else the same problem or has someone a hint for me, how to solve the problem. I am experienced with DV and converting, so I do not make any "beginners-faults" (sorry for that term). The problem appears not only on my DVD-Player...
Thanks in advance
Burny.

why don't you try using the encoder that comes w/ 6.5 alone with the update patch ? it is considered to be better than Ligos .

Yeah, I would like to - but in the export-settings, I can't see the stand-alone MPEG-Encoder from adobe! Has it something to do with the update-patch? If yes, where can I get it? At www.adobe.com I can't find it!
Thanks

there is a problem if you upgraded from 6 to 6.5 and many of the plug in dont work ..
you can't upgrade only new install of 6.5 , then it works ..
http://www.mainconcept.com/adobempeg/downloads.html is the update though
