With one of my video tapes I'm capturing I have this weird colour problem:

It's strange because I can watch the video perfect on my TV and I have this problem only with this video tape.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

I have never heard of that but it's a commercial tape indeed.

Macrovision is a technique used by manufacturers to discourage secondary video copying of original tapes/DVD's. It causes instability in video/audio in the receiving taping machine.
It can be 'bypassed' with anti microvision 'gizmos' but I've experienced loss of audio volume on copies, but strangely the video is perfect ?

  5. It looks like you're not getting any color at all, other than the color noise??? If so, you have selected the wrong color system, like NTSC, PAL or SECAM. Go into your capture settings, and try other color format settings.

If you do have color in your video, but it has all the color noise in the image, then there is a problem with the high frequency video response, it can be cabeling, VCR, reception or other devices the video is going through (or simply a really poor recording).
