Howdy~
Im converting some movies from avi. to Svcd and insert subtitles or whatever.
But some movies are not running smoothly after conversion, they "hack" sometimes when the screen is moving fast..
Does anyone know what changes i should make when converting?
Thanks cya~

You sound like you have run out of bitrate. Multipass helps this, as does higher bitrates, filtering, and higer motion precision. Artifacts from the original AVI cause video noise that leads to higher bitrates than from a DVD source. If the AVI is a CAM or TS, then the background video noise can push your useful bitrate down to squat.
