  1. im a newb when it comes to vcd. i have tried downloading video from grokster and burning onto vcd. my problem is with my dvd player (rca DRC6000N dvd vcr+), ive checked it out on the rca website, it says my dvd player is compatible to play vcd. i've used nero to burn the vcd and when i try to play them in my dvd player the image is frozen. the audio works for about 2mins then cuts out completly. however when i try the same vcd on a different dvd player it worked just fine. is there a different format in which i should be burning my vcd in order to make it work properly on my rca? if posted before and have no responses. if you have any idea wut i could do to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

    Could you have a DRC600N vice DRC6000N? I don't see a listing for a DRC6000N in the DVD players section at www.vcdhelp/dvdplayers .

I suggest you try CD-RW disks. Some DVD players do not work well with CD-R disks.

and it has it listed as being capable of playing vcd's. however i will try using a cd-rw.
although i have made mp3 cds using a cd-r and they work fine.
