I have been using TMPEG for a few days with great sucess converting my AVI to a single 80 min disk size. Except I have one AVI divx item that TMPEG is showing the wrong length for. I have tried to convert and ignore the warnings, that it will not fit on one CD, but it errors out as soon as it starts to convert. And if I do use the length of time as it states to set the average bit rate the video looks horrable. Any one experiance this problem?

You could try opening the video in VirtualDub, setting both Audio and Video to Direct Stream Copy and saving it to AVI again.
