I have a VCD mpeg that is a little washed out. I was wondering whether there is a way of correcting the colour (needs resaturation) without having to re-render the mpeg.
I have tried doing it in TMPGEnc. The colour corrects, but it seems to re-render and the quality goes down the toilet.
