  1. Ive searched to see if There is a way to do it and some people say no while others say there is a way. I have some MPEG that I want to Burn and play on my PS2 will someone please give me a guide on how to do it.

  2. The PS2 theorectially should be able to (if the Dremcast can do it...the Ps2 should be able to)

    and I'm going to take a wild guess and say that Mpeg-2 (DVD format?) is backwards compatable.


    But Sony won't let it.

    Pretty simple, eh? You should have gotten a DVD player on black friday like I did for 39.99

    I still watch my dvds on my ps2, but I bust out the dvd player to play other stuff

    Basic wisdom is you buy a VCD or DVD player to play VCDs - you buy a PS2 to play games.
