  1. Is there a way to re-encode an m2v file to get the bit rate down....

    I am ripping with smart ripper....to a m2v file and an ac3 file....

    I then Reauthor with spruce....but sometimes the m2v file is too big... is there a quick/easy way to re-encode the m2v file....
