bin/cue files to single dvdr burnable format??

when i get files in bin/cues to fit on cds how do i merge them to make one big file that i can burn on a dvdr? I can convert to mpg with vcdgear but then how do i merge the mpg's? I want to be able to use spruceup to make a menu 4 it... thanx in advance
