no sound on Mpeg

First problem ever with mpeg- used tempenc using WAv file and video file-first time long movie 2.127 mpeg and wav file 2.05 g . resultant viewing through media player beautiful video no sound even though you can play wav file individually.. Made many movies never a 3 hr movie, is that the problem... Ran ripper, dvd program and tempgenc twice same result-mpeg has no sound....

use virtual dub to extract the audio check out the guides to see how then
use tmpg add youre video file then the audio you extracted with virtualdub it should be fine
i had this prob myself
