    Hello.

    I have a Canon FS200.
When I put the video on my computer, I can read them very well on Window Media Player.
When I try to edit them using Window Movie Maker or Adobe Premier or the Software included with the camera: there is no sound!

I need help before I return the camera!

    Thanks,

    Gautier

The canon fs200 records in ac3 and many editors doesn't support that.

If you have adobe encore you can try
"Just copy "ad2ac3dec.dll" from Adobe Encore root folder, to Premiere root folder and it's done!!!"

Wow it works thanks. But is there anything I can use in the adobe suite to convert ac3 to avi or mpeg so I can edit them with most of the editors?
