I have never had luck with Nero or ULEAD. Personally I think VCD Easy is the way to go - it has an easy interface and there are good tutorials available. At fist glance they seem complicated, but just copy them and read thru it step by step. With VCD easy you will make a cue/bin file on your hard drive. You can then use Daemon tools to mount(play) the file to insure everything is like you want it. If not you can make adjustments, redue the cue/bin before you burn the cue/bin file to a disc.Since you have an MPEG 2 you will be making a SVCD. At the standard bitrate you can get about 30 min on an 800 mg disc. If you want you can adjust the bitrate in TEMPG to a lower value and get more on the disc. You can find all the programs in the tools section
Good Luck!

i have vcd software
thats what my face looked like when i read about it
chapterX stracter i pasted the chapters to vcd and it worked.
im still learning though i have to get some MOREsoftware to put in that beast.
i belive i should stay with VCD as like you said i found out it only holds about 30_35 mins that was like 3 disks for the hole film lol.
But once you have done it you can do it again and get fasteer and better.so the guy punched me, and later i stole his parrot as way of revenge
