Progresive lines problem

I RIP WONDER BOYS (DVD2DVDR 132) AND TURN ON PROGRES LINES
WHEN FINISHED I PLAY THIS FILE AND PICTURE WAS GREAT
THEN I GO TO CCE ENCODER AND ENCODE IT
FINALY AUTHOR DVD WITH IFOEDIT AND GET PICTURE LIKE I WASNT TURN ON PROGRESIVE LINES

SO:
XXXXX.M2V IS GOOD
XXXXXNEW.M2W INST GOOD

you need to run pulldown for one and secondly ifoedit has a bug with handling film.

for IFOEDIT i donk know becaouse i made many movies (author) with it, but i newer use pulldown so i dond know how to use pulldown.

explain to me this bug in ifoedit and how to use pulldown
